Nature At Its Best

I don’t recall when I watched my first TED video but I’ve seen several and every single one of them was worth the time I took from my busy and stressful day.  Generally they’re less than fifteen minutes long and always fascinating.  Their theme is” Ideas Worth Spreading – riveting talks by remarkable people, free to the world.”

Blogging about animals and endangered species is what I like to do and I think those who read my posts are expecting that. However, my sister forwarded this TED video to me and the filming is extraordinary, it all happens outdoors, and signifies nature at its best.  If you don’t enjoy it, I’d be surprised.

Take a few minutes out of your day to watch this.  You’ll be happy you did.  AND your stress level may go down a few notches.
